Achieving greatness in fitness requires self determine and discipline. There are a few nuggets you can apply to help you achieve the desired fitness body.

  • Reduce your calories intake especially try black coffee while skipping sugar and cream
  • Eat slowly during meal time by allow a small time interval between eat intake
  • Do some workouts in the mornings if possible
  • Gain as muscles while burning fat
  • Importantly drink as much water as possible
  • Avoid as much as possible processed foods
  • Checkout yoga as well
  • Also get as much sleep as possible
  • Limit your alcohol intake
