Achieving greatness in fitness requires self determine and discipline. There are a few nuggets you can apply to help you achieve the desired fitness body.
- Reduce your calories intake especially try black coffee while skipping sugar and cream
- Eat slowly during meal time by allow a small time interval between eat intake
- Do some workouts in the mornings if possible
- Gain as muscles while burning fat
- Importantly drink as much water as possible
- Avoid as much as possible processed foods
- Checkout yoga as well
- Also get as much sleep as possible
- Limit your alcohol intake
