According to a recent study, Hula Hooping can help burn body fat per inches if properly done. The study, evaluated a weighted hula-hooping program carried out by 13 women over the course of 6 weeks, found out that the women lost, on average, 3.4 centimeters (cm) around their waist and 1.4 cm around their hips.
