Ingredients:
- 6 lettuce leaves, shredded
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 chopped tomato
- 50g sliced red onion
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Steps:
Combine the cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese in a bowl. Whisk the oil, lemon-juice and salt together and then pour over salad until coated.
There you have your Greek salad.
