Steps on how to do Abdominal Crunches:
- Lie on back on the floor
- Place your legs in front of you, in a bent position, about a shoulder width apart
- Cross your hands across your chest with the elbows out or stretch your hands straight
- Raise yourself up using your abdominal muscles, while keeping your lower back on the floor
- At the top of the crunch slowly exhale
- Then inhale as you lower yourself back down to the floor
