Description

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Chicken Breast
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried basil
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1/4 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 oz Shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, then line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with cooking oil.
  2. Next, beat the egg in a bowl, then mix all the spices and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl. Then put each piece of chicken into the egg, then into the cheese and spice mixture. Ensure all the sides are coated.
  3. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes. When ready, top each chicken piece with sauce and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Bake the chicken again for twenty minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted and the temperature reads 160 degrees
