Broccoli and Feta Omelet with Toast is nothing short of another amazing, mouth watery, easy to prepare breakfast recipe for the family. It takes about 12–15 minutes from start to finish to make. This broccoli omelet can be made with either a fresh broccoli or frozen depending on your desired taste. Adding Feta cheese gives it some extra added flavor to taste.

  • Cook spray oil
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp beaten feta cheese
  • 1/4 crumbled dried dill
  • 2 rye toast bread slices


  • Chop both broccoli and dill
  • Then heat a non-sticky skillet over a medium-high heat
  • Coat the skillet pan with the cooking spray oil. Now add broccoli, and cook for about 3 minutes
  • Crack open the 2 eggs and beat, then add feta, as well as dill into a small bowl with the egg
  • Now add the egg mixture into the skillet pan. Cook between 3 to 4 minutes; flip the omelet and cook for another 2 minutes or until cooked through
  • Add the rye bread into the toaster and toast
  • When done, serve the omelet with the toast
